Getting Started – Get the most out of your membership

We hope you’ve been enjoying the Qi Club, including the live classes, the 7-Day Qi Challenge, and our fun, health conscious community. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👦‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
  
We hope that you are maintaining your commitment to yourself to show up. 🤝
 
You may have searched for answers in the FAQ section and submitted your own questions as they come up. 💡
 
Speaking of resources, did you take the Five Element Questionnaire and figure out your Element typology, yet?
 
After you complete the questionnaire, it’s time to read the 5 Element Body Profile to discover deeper insight into each Element personality type.
 
If you’ve been able figure out your Element Type and/or join us in class, you’re probably starting to notice some very cool things:
 
✅ On day one, you’ve joined a live class or caught a daily replay. You may have noticed that you instantly feel more calm and at ease. 🧘🧘‍♀️
 
By day four, fellow Qi Club members tell us they’re starting to become aware of previously blocked emotions. You’ve already started on your journey to self-discovery and healing. 🌍 ✌️
