1. The 7-Day Qi Challenge ☯️

This is the training that started it all off and available to you in the “Bonus Content” section of the Member’s Page! If you’re brand new to Qigong, these recordings are the place to start. You’ll learn all the basic moves and terminology and start to experience the positive benefits right away.

After watching these videos and practicing along with us, you’ll be able to jump into any live class and feel comfortable and confident following along. Our members love the 7-Day Qi Challenge, so don’t miss this!

Our classes are not about us standing up front, lecturing and demonstrating. We love interaction — and that’s the biggest benefit of joining our live classes.

Have a question? Pop it into chat. Need clarification? No problem! We will pivot on the fly during class to make sure that you have all the support you need for your current challenges. πŸ¦„πŸ¦„πŸ¦„

Also, we make sure to stay silly and encouraging! You’ll start to get to know Qi Clubbers in the community and really feel the love and support. πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
